The changes that the body goes through during the 9 months of pregnancy are dramatic, affecting the mother to be both physically and psychologically. Hormones are racing, internal organs are shifting and many women feel as if their body is out of their control.

Massage during this time can help to soothe and calm and also alleviate some of the many aches and pains that materialise as the weight from the growing child increases.
