How to find us

Directions

The practice is located off Chapel Place which is a pedestrianised area at the end of the High Street. Once you have found Chapel Place, Bedford Terrace, a Georgian terrace, is accessed through a small black gate between a shop called Settle and an antique shop.

1. From Tunbridge Wells train station:

Walk out of station exit onto Mount Pleasant opposite Hoopers. Turn right and walk straight over the mini roundabout. Turn immediately left down the High Street where the clothes shop Kitch is at the top on the left. Walk all the way down the High Street until you reach Pizza Express on your left. Chapel Place will be directly opposite you with Martins Newsagents on the corner. Walk into Chapel Place (pedestrianised area) and in between an antique shop and Settle on your left are a few steps and a small black gate. Bedford Terrace is through those gates and the practice is in the basement of No.5.

2. From the Pantiles:

Walk through The Pantiles in the direction of the town centre. Once you reach Frant Road, cross over and turn to the left and walk around the back of the Bateman's Optitians. Walk up the alley way and up the steps on the left (next to a Chinese restaurant). You are now in Chapel Place which is pedestrianised. Continue to walk towards the town centre past Long Tall Sally. In between a shop called Settle and an antique shop on your right are a few steps and a small black gate - this is Bedford Terrace and the practice is in the basement of No.5

3. From the A26 Crowborough:

Follow signs to Tunbridge Wells. You will pass a Total garage on the right. Take the 1st exit at the next roundabout (2nd exit would be towards Sainsburys and the Spa Valley Railway) and take the 2nd exit at the following mini roundabout (The Pantiles is on your right and Major York Rd is on your left). At the next roundabout (Barclays Bank is on the corner) Chapel Place is behind the small chapel that is position on the edge of the roundabout on your right. This area of the town is pedestrianised therefore you need to find a parking space as suggested below. You need to continue straight over this roundabout along London Road and take the first turning on the right. Please view the link to Multimap below to see the location of the High Street and Mount Sion for parking.

4. A21 Sevenoaks:

A21 onto A26 sign posted Tunbridge Wells. You will pass through Southborough which is on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells.Continue forward towards Tunbridge Wells (pass a BP garage on your right). At the mini roundabout turn right onto Mount Ephraim sign posted Lewes A26. You will pass a Ford Lifestyle garage and the Kent and Sussex Hospital. At traffic signals continue straight onto London Road sign posted Lewes A26. Further along this road you will see a Suzuki garage on your right and directly opposite you want to turn left onto High Street (if you hit the mini roundabout with Barclays Bank on the corner you have gone too far).
The entrance to Chapel Place (where the practice is), will be on your right with Martins Newsagents on the corner. You want to try to park around this area ie on the High Street or on Mount Sion which is the first turning on your right that you will come to.

5. From Maidstone:

Continue along the A228 and then join the A264 Tunbridge Wells. Continue to follow signs to Tunbridge Wells and you will eventually pass Dunorlan Park on your left hand side. At the next set of traffic lights (The Royal Oak Pub is on the opposite corner of the road) continue straight. Follow this road past Calverley Park on your right until you reach a mini roundabout (Tunbridge Wells station is on the opposite side of the road) - turn left and then immediately left again down the High Street. Continue down the High Street and park along this road or Mount Sion which is on the corner of Pizza Express at the bottom of the road. Chapel Place leads directly off the High Street (Martins Newsagents is on the corner). Walk into Chapel Place (pedestrianised area) and in between an antique shop and Settle on your left are a few steps and a small black gate. Bedford Terrace is through those gates and the practice is in the basement of No.5.
